We continue to raise the proficiency bar in Human capital operational and administrative aptitude, impactful leadership management and other key organizational statutory process components/machineries that will doubtless improve both individual workforce and overall organizational performance and productivity.

Some of Our Major Focus for the year 2025 Include:

  • To intensify our proven support to the Federal Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to successfully onboard and entrench the new Presidential Ministerial Performance System (MPMS) and the Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) Mandate. This is because, as an organization, we strongly believe that the success of these two initiatives will reposition the Nation’s socio-economic growth to more desirable output and outcome values across all sectorial platforms and enhance its capacity and negotiating power to play within the global market and solution space.
  • We are scaling up our relevance in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) solution space by providing specialized capacity building programs that will ease organization’s transition to digitization and digitalization of their operational processes full cycle.

This includes: Providing the needed technical support and staff training on various aspects of onboarding the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system initiative of the Federal Civil Service MDAs in Nigeria.

  • We are committed to strengthen our existing partnerships with renown Academic Institutions, Development Partners and other Non- Government Organizations (NGOs) to build the needed Leadership and Management acumen that will improve service delivery, expand business intelligence with resultant increase in investment returns with particular focus on the Health and Social science related sectors.
